Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a deviation of a dot by a method wherein respective heating elements are energized to heat not in a sequence of numbers but incontinuously when the heating elements are divided into several groups and the heating elements in each group are provided with the number in accordance with the sequence of the arrangement thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a timing circuit 14 requests to the picture signal delivery side to transmit the picture signals corresponding to one line, an AND gate 9 is put on and the picture signals are stored in a shift register 7. Thereafter, the AND gate 9 is put off and a gate 10 is put on to provide the register 7 with a shift clock and store the all picture signals in a register 5. Next, a latch 4 is cleared and the picture signals are stored in the register 5 while the gate 10 is put on and the shift pulse is being sent to the register 7, then, the picture signals are latched at the latch 4 and a counter 13 is counted up.
