Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve cleaning performance without obstruction to developing capability, by providing an insulating coating layer on the surface of a conductive nonmagnetic shield body and by providing a conductive nonmagnetic substance layer on this insulating coating layer to constitute a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:Insulating coating layer 8 is provided on the surface of conductive nonmagnetic shield body 4 provided on the outside circumference of the magnet, and conductive nonmagnetic substance layer 10 is coated on this layer 8, thereby obtaining a magnetic suction means.
