Abstract

An assembly head 7 is set on the bed 1, being held by the lower table 2, substrate fitting bed 3 and an arm 6 projected from a vertical stand 5 outside the transfer area of the parts container 4 and being opposed to the center of the transfer area of X-Y or Y' table.
