CONSTITUTION:The fixed electrode 13 is constituted by laminating an electret on the back plate 11, and the vibration film 14, consisting of a high molecular film is made to oppositely contact with the electret 12 side of this electrode 13. Moreover, on both the surfaces of this vibration film 14 are provided are conductive layers 15, 16. And, this vibration film 14 is stretched on the fixed ring 17 consisting of a conductive material, through the conductive layer 16, and this ring 17 is connected to one end of the primary side winding 181 of the transformer 18. According to such a constitution, the electric charge of the electret 12 is prevented from moving to the vibration film 14, due to the conductive layers 15, 16, and therefore, the effective utilization factor of the electric charge of the electret 12 is raised, and the conversion efficiency of sound-electricity is improved.
