CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of operational amplifier 10 is connected to the inverted input terminal of operational amplifier 10 by way of the 1st and 2nd resistances R1 and R2 and also connected to the uninverted input terminal of operational amplifier 20 via the 3rd and 4th resistances R3 and R4 for voltage division.
