Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize the hysteresis voltage width of a hysteresis comparator to the change of temperature, by connecting an emitter-follower transistor to the output of an operational amplifier and connecting the emitter output to the noninverse input of the operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When +V is applied to a power supply terminal 1, the voltage at a connection 9 between resistances R4 and R5 is equal to +V.R4/(R4+R5) to be referred to as V'z. Then Vref is supplied to a reference terminal 3, and input voltage Vin of an input terminal 2 is successively increased at 0. Thus Vout of an output terminal 4 changes to 0 from Vf with the input voltage V1, and the voltage of a noninverse input terminal (+) of an operational amplifier OP is set at a high level in case the input voltage Vin is lower than V1 to deliver the output of Vf. In this case, a transistor Q has an emitter-follower action and this output is fed back to the OP. The output voltage Vout is kept at 0 although the voltage Vin increase. When the voltage Vin is gradually reduced, the voltage of the terminal (+) of the OP is fixed at the voltage Vref. Then the output of the OP is inverted in the case of Vin/Vref, and the outpt is set at V1.
