Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a sealing function of a yarn, by a method wherein, in the case of sealing of a pipe for conveying gas, a part of the pipe is heated, and vapor is adhered to a section of the pipe which is partially increased in temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A heating system 9 is located at a socket unit 3, and a section around the socket 3 is increased in higher temperature than that of other part. Meanwhile, a sealing liquid is atomized by the use of an ultrasonic vibrator 18 in an atomizing system 7, and is mixed with city gas extracted through a branch pipe 19. A part of atomized particles passing through a pipe 8 is vaporized by means of a heating system 8, and is fed to a pipe 1. This causes the movement of the atomized particles and vapor of the sealing liquid in the pipe 1 togetherwith city gas, allows the sedimentation by heat of them at an inner wall of heated pipes 1 and 2, and permits the improvement of a sealing property through swelling of a yarn 4. Additionally, the selection of a heating sphere permits the control of a sealing sphere and a prevention sphere for dust dispersion.
