Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the switching noise and to enable on/off of broad band signal, by setting potential at the connecting point of two diodes to zero and connecting a signal line between an input terminal and an output terminal to this connecting point. CONSTITUTION:A power supply +E, -E is connected to a series circuit consisting of a resistance R1, diodes D1, D2 and resistance R2, the connecting point of the diodes D1, D2 is made to zero potential, and the signal line between an input terminal IN and an output terminal OUT is connected to this connecting point. When a control signal is fed to the control terminal CONT, a transistor TRQ is on- state, a voltage between the emitter and the collector is fed to both the ends of diodes D1, D2 and a part between the diodes D1, D2 is almost off-state. Thus, the output terminal OUT is at switch-on. Further, the signal line potential has no change at switch on/off, allowing to generate no switching noise. Further, since no capacitor is connected between the terminals IN and OUT, on/off for broad band signal can be made.
