Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove a stray beam and to improve the accuracy of a black stripe, by spreading a liquid having the reflaction factor that of a panel tightly on the back of the panel covered with a formed photosensitive film, then exposing it to the light. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin film 2 is spread over a lead glass panel 1 used for forming a black matrix and a stripe of a fluorescent member with high accuracy, then a liquid such as benzene, paraffin oil, etc. having the reflaction factor same as or close to that of the base material of the panel or lead glass is filled in the back space of the panel 1. Consequently, the exposure light passing through the photosensitive resin film 2 and entering the panel can never be reflected at the other face of the panel but can permeate through the liquid 5, thereby the exposure can be performed correctly along the pattern of a mask 3, resulting in considerable improvement of the accuracy of the black stripe.
