Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce power by transmitting the rotation of a wind mill through a gear to a rotary spring and storing the energy.
CONSTITUTION: A wind mill 1 which rotates to the left by the wind pressure will transmit the torque to a gear 5 through an interlocked rectangualr gears 2, 3 and a conventional gear 4 while increasing the number of teeth gradually. When providing a rotary spring 6 and fastening from the center, the force is stored and starts to repel simultaneously. Here it is not rotated reversely but the outer-circumferential tip is secured to the gear 7 and rotated to the left, then the powerful force is transmitted through an interlocked gear 8 to a large spring 9 to store the powerful rotary force.
