Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce the power by transmitting the rotation of a wind mill through a gear to a spring device then operating a generator by means of a spring which can be wound automatically.
CONSTITUTION: A wind producing device 4 which can be operated directly or indirectly is provided on the shaft 3 of a frame device 2 of a spring 1. A device for automatically winding a loosening spring 1 or a gear 9 which detouches when a loosening spring 1 is wound or which moves only the spring 1 is provided on the shaft 8 of a device 7 which is operated by the wind force produced by said device 4. Furthermore a motor 14 to be moved directly or indirectly is provided on the shaft 13 of said device 4, while a generator 17 interlocked with a gear 16 is provided on the shaft 15 of said motor and a motor 18 to be driven by said power is provided.
