Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a good quality lacquer film by adding a pH buffering liquid to a lacquer liquid and to make effective use of materials and facilitate film process management. CONSTITUTION:A glass panel 21 for which the coating process of a fluorescent body was completed is retained by a panel carrier 31 and preheated by a heater. Aqueous emulsion 32 is made to flow by a nozzle 33. Then, this is moved to the position which is opposed to a number of heaters. A lacquer film is formed by shaking off a lacquer liquid 32 by rotating centrifugal force and heating and desiccating it. In this case, a pH buffering liquid is added to the lacquer liquid 32.
