Abstract
PURPOSE:To make stable the logic operation, by constituting the potential near the power supply wiring to which a plurality of CML load resistances are connected as the reference voltage, in the circuit supplying the reference voltage to a current switching type logic circuit (CML). CONSTITUTION:Load resistances R7, R8 of a reference voltage generating circuit take the power supply from the vicinity of the power supply wiring or the position of the equipotential to which the collector resistance of gates G2, G3 being the generating source of the signals A, B input to the gate G1 being the objective given by the reference voltage, is connected. From the result of operation of the margin to high and low levels of the reference voltage and input logic level, it is known that the setting of the reference voltage gives optimum margin to the logic level of both the outputs of the gates G2 and G3.
