CONSTITUTION:A flip-flop 7 is set or reset according to the discrimination of a signal start/end discrimination circuit 3 of a sliding wind circuit. An interval counter 9 monitors the state of the flip-flop 7 to measure the signal time interval. When the count value of the interval counter 9 exceeds a prescribed value, the flip-flop 7 is reset. Thus, the signal group having longer time interval is detected for each signal group and the signal group having shorter time interval is detected as a series of signals.
