Abstract

PURPOSE: To detect an abnormal measurement exactly by making an input signal fed every sampling period the object of decision and by deciding the abnormal measurement on catching the number of times of normal input signals in a fixed number of times of samplings.
CONSTITUTION: When a sampling signal is fed from the timing signal generator 11, the pre-amplifier circuit 10 amplifies it and provides the amplified signal to the pre-processing circuit 12 and signal exchange circuit 15. The pre-processing circuit 12 decides whether the signal from the amplifier circuit 10 is in the range of measurement, produces a pulse on regarding the said signal as a normal one when it is in the range, and makes the counter 13 count it. The counter 13 compares the number of times of input sampling signals for a fixed time with the counted value of pulses from the pre-processing circuit 12, decides an abnormal measurement when the deviation exceeds a fixed value, and delivers a driving signal to the alarm 14 to give a warning signal. The signal fed to the signal exchange circuit 15 is converted to a proper signal, held in the hold smoothing circuit 16 and is used for an abnormal measurement.
