CONSTITUTION:In order to produce guide roller 5, a cavity is molded by combining upper metallic mold 1, trimming die 3, core 4, and projected pin 8. Center pin 15 is attached to upper metallic mold 1 to shape bearing hole 14. Cylindric recess part 16 is molded on the upper end of projected pin 8 to shape the lower part of bearing portion 10 like a boss. The upper end surface of projected pin 8 shapes the bottom surface of holding part 11 on the side of bearing part 10. After molding a cavity, synthetic resin material is poured from inlet hole 17 of upper metallic mold 1 to mold guide roller 5.
