PURPOSE: An anti-PTIN sensitizing antibody latex for measuring trypsin inhibitor (PTIN) which becomes an index useful for diagnosis of pancreato-pathy and a composition contg. said sensitizing latex particles.
CONSTITUTION: The anti-human pancreas PTIN sensitizing antibody latex for measuring anti-human pancreas secrating PTIN contg. polystyrene latex particles (0.01W10μ means grain sizes, 0.9W1.4 specific gravities) carried with anti-human pancreas secrating PTIN antibody on the surface is obtd. Next, the latex particle composition which contains the latex particles carrying anti-human pancreas secrating PTIN antibody on the surface and a stabilizer (amino acid and dextran) and of which the amounts of amino acid and dextran are 1.2W4.0 and 1.6W6.0pts.wt. respectively based on 1pt.wt. of latex particles is obtd. Thereby, PTIN is measured in a short time with a slight amount of sample of, say, ≤0.03m (human serum).
