CONSTITUTION:When an up-switch 3a of a motor circuit 3 is depressed at start, a motor M starts rotation to drive a high voltage switch device 4. While the up-switch 3a is depressed, a switch 12 of variable voltage circuit 11 is off, then the variable voltage is not fed to a variable attenuator 10. Thus, the variable attenuator 10 shows a maximum attenuation to limit the power to input to a travelling wave tube. When the motor M stops and the collector current reaches a normal value, the switch 12 is on, normal APC loop is set and the input power is automatically limited.
