Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent an operation error by connecting in common the respective emitters of two transistors to the constant-current circuit, and connecting a diode between the collector of one transistor and the base terminal of the base input gate circuit connected to the next stage. However, the potential of the point D where the cathode terminal of the diode D4 is connected is scarcely varied because the current path from the diode 4 to the transistor Q1 is cut off since the diode D5 has been connected. And, the diode D4 remains turned off, and a drive current of the transistor Q4 is never cut off.
