Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent jets from over lapping and to raise combustion quality by a method wherein unequal pitches are given to intervals between injection nozzle on one of a plurality of rows of injection nozzle installed in a fuel injection valve and axial lines of each nozzle on each row of nozzles are not overlapped.
CONSTITUTION: In the fuel injection valve 1, the row 2 where there are provided a small number of nozzles 2a which are bored at an equal pitch and another row 3 where there are provided a large number of nozzles 3a which are bored at unequal pitches are arranged at different heights. These nozzles 2a, 3a are arranged so that they will not be overlapped on a peripheral projection to jet the fuel uniformly.
