Abstract

PURPOSE:To make even the position of the print end of each line, by laying out evenly the character rows within a certain region when the character inhibited at the head or end of a line is automatically processed and printed out. CONSTITUTION:When the characters of plural character rows are printed in even division, the region to be divided evenly is designated by the even division code and the characters are supplied among the divided regions. As a result, the inhibited character existing at the head or end of the line is excluded out of its position, and an inhibit code is inserted there. With such inhibit process, the inhibit code is eliminated by the character line existing before the code. Then the pitches are made different among the characters of the character row to compensate the shift of print position at the end of the character row of each line.
