Abstract

The dummy holes are provided with caps 14 welded to a tube plate 1 at the boundary between the primary and secondary fluids 9 and 10. This permits the stresses to the joints between the ligament 12 and the rim 13 and between the rim 13 and a shell 4 to be reduced and uniformed.
