Abstract

PURPOSE: To sufficiently utilize solar heat by a structure wherein each spandrel portion forming a curtain wall is constituted by a solar heat absorber.
CONSTITUTION: In a curtain structure comprising a floor slab, an outer wall W, a spandrel portion C forming a curtain wall and an opening portion S such as a window, the spandrel portion C is constituted by a solar heat absorbing heat exchanging unit 10 and the window is not formed as a linked window so that the heat exchanging unit 10 is also arranged in a space between the windows. A water supplying branch pipe 2 extends horizontally from a rising water supplying pipe 1 into the inner side of a lower chamber of each spandrel portion C, while a heated water running branch pipe 3 is placed in the inner side of an upper chamber thereof. By so doing, the spandrel portion is constituted by the heat exchanging unit 10 and further the heat exchanging unit 10 is also fitted ina space between the openings such as windows, so that the curtain wall structure with the maximum solar heat absorbing area is obtained.
