Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacture, transportation and handling of the above-titled panel, by constructing all of the elements (glass plate, layer of heat-insulating material and heat receiving plate) required for effective utilization of solar heat in a unit by means of a frame.
CONSTITUTION: A layer 4 of a heat-insulating material is fixed to a frame 1 in the manner that it is located on the inside of an outer wall constituting glass plate 2 also fixed the frame 1 by the intermediary of an air layer 3. A solar-heat receiving panel is obtained by further fixing a heat receiving member 5 made of a metal plate formed with air-permeable apertures to the frame 1, in the manner that it is extended in the air layer 3 in parallel with the glass plate 2. Such a solar-heat receiving panel is fixed between H-shaped steel posts in the manner that the glass plate 2 is located on the outside, and a wall of a building is constructed by connecting a plurality of such panels vertically by use of a projection 10 and a groove 11 formed at the upper and the lower ends of the frame 1. With such an arrangement, solar heat and rays transmitted through the glass plate 3 is received by the heat receiving member 5, and air in a room is circulated through air ports 6, 7 formed at an upper and a lower portions of the heat-insulating layer 4 to open in the air layer 3, so that air in the room can be heated effectively.
