Abstract
PURPOSE: To form deoxidized and denitrified weld beads without blowhole which are superior in tenacity, by making average welding heat into triangular wave pulses with the welding advance direction as main components when welding heat is controlled to two high and low stages by pulses in total form MIG welding of the tube circumference.
CONSTITUTION: Welding heat pulse control of high heat Eh for time th and low heat El for time tl is performed according to advance of welding.
