Abstract
PURPOSE:To make high-reliability and sure soldering possible with a simple constitution, by forming plural solder waves close to one another in the solder bath by nozzle holes. CONSTITUTION:When solder 16 is fused by heater 15 and impellers 13a and 13b are rotated at high speed by motors 14a and 14b, fused solder 16 is flowed out from nozzle holes 17a and 17b and is flowed into solder bath 11 again along fins 18a and 18b. Two waves 19a and 19b close to each other are formed at this time; and therefore, even if soldering is incomplete with one wave 19a, it can be corrected by the second wave 19b, and thus, a complete soldering state is always obtained.
