CONSTITUTION:Linear heat cathodes are arranged stringing a linear heat cathode 41 over one another alternately and discontinuously without positioning alternately opposite to one another in such a way that An line has AnBm, AnBm+1..., An+1 line has An+1Bm, An+1Bm+1... For drawing out electroinic wires from the heat cathodes positioned as such, draw-out electrodes 43 which have the perforated holes 44 are arranged at the lower part, a pair of deflecting electrodes 45 are arranged in response to the position of each heat cathode 41, and electrons which have passed through the perforated holes are deflected.
