Abstract
PURPOSE:To discharge the heat from a target to an anode effectively by spraying or coating heavy metal powder on a recess for receiving the target thereby preventing the blow hole or the spliting of brazing thus improving the adhesion strength. CONSTITUTION:A recess 11 is formed on one inclined face of an anode substrate 4. A target 5 made of heavy metal such as tungsten is secured in said recess 11 through brazing material 12. Here tungsten powder 14 having same quality with that of the target 5 is previously sprayed or coated at the bottom particularly at the corner of the recess 11. Consequently in a completed product, heavy metal powder 14 having same quality with that of the target 5 is mixed in the brazing material 12.
