Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A pipe material S is carried horizontally into feed rollers 2 by way of a guide roller 6 and is grasped between a pressing roller 2a and a receiving roller 2b. It is then sent out to a bending roller 4 continuously at a predetermined speed by the rotative driving of the receiving roller 2b. While the pipe material S is being pressed inward in the diametral direction, it is bent by the bending roller 4 and further it is pushed back outward in the diametral direction by a correcting roller 4 and is formed to a desired curvature. The working positions of the bending roller 4 and correcting roller 7 are automatically determined by a control unit via a feed mechanism 5. The leading end of the pipe material S which is being let off from the correcting roller 7 is put on lead angle forming rollers 101W103, and its lead angle is set by a collar 11. Thence the pipe material is successively and continuously stored on a holding table.
