Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a molded form from generating roughness on a surface thereof or air bubbles and improve operability by a method wherein one-pack type thermosetting resin being filled within a cartridge with a nozzle is injected.
CONSTITUTION: One-pack type thermosetting resin, epoxy resin for example, filled with a proper amount of filler and hardening agent is deaerated, thereafter, is filled into a cartridge A having a nozzle. A tip end of a nozzle for the cartridge A is opened and it is loaded into a cartridge receiving chamber 1, then, a cartridge plunger 3 is pushed by pneumatic pressure. The thermosetting resin is supplied into a measuring chamber 9 in an constant amount thereof through a suction valve 10. When the plunger 8 is pushed out, the constant amount of the thermosetting resin is filled into an injection mold through a discharging valve 11 and a discharging nozzle 12. The constant amount of the deaerated resin is injected, therefore, roughness such as a burr or the like and air bubbles will never be generated. The resin is sealed within the cartridge and an operator is freed from touching the resin directly, therefore, it is preferable for sanitation of the operator.
