Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily adjust the thrust of the output shaft or a motor by inserting the output shaft into a cavity and filling synthetic resin in the gap by an injection molding machine.
CONSTITUTION: The output shaft 4 of a wiper motor or the like is coupled with a worm gear (not shown) in a housing 6. A cavity 7 is formed at the portion opposite to the output shaft with a projection 8 formed with a gap at the inlet 7a thereof. The shaft 4 is rotatable in the gap. After the shaft 4 is inserted into the inlet 7a, polyacetal resin is ejected from the nozzle 12 of an injection molding machine to fill the synthetic resin 10 in the cavity. A suitable gap is formed between the motor output shaft 4 and the synthetic resin to eliminate the thrust vibration of the shaft 4.
