PURPOSE:To prevent dial relay from being malfunctioned through the intermittence of callout signal, by providing a DC blocking capacitor of hybrid transformer between a dial relay and a termination circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 2-line side lines 2W are converted into 4-line lines 4WS, 4WR via a termination circuit 4 and a hybrid transformer 6. The dial pulse from the 2-line side drives a relay 3 from the power supply 8 and is relayed to the exchanger side from the terminal 14. On the other hand, when the callout signal from the exchanger is fed to a terminal 11, the relay 13 is operated and the contacts 9-1-9-3 are operated and the callout signal 7 is delivered to two-line side. The contact 9-3 prevents the callout signal from being given to the 4-line side. Even with the switching operation of the contacts, a capacitor 17 is not charged or discharged with the power supply 8 via a relay 3 and accordingly, the malfunction of the relay 3 can be avoided.
