Abstract
PURPOSE:To exactly and easily obtain a multilayer piezo-electric element having the same polarity in thickness direction thereof by folding the pizeo-electric film in longitudinal direction of partial polarization in wave shape to form multilayer. CONSTITUTION:Polarization electrodes 12, 12' are formed on both surfaces of a polyfuorovinylidene (beta-type) piezo-electric film 11. The electrode 12 is applied +200volts on the surface, and the electrode 12' on the back surface is grounded for 30 minutes for partial polarization. Then, the electrodes 12, 12' are folded along the longitudinal direction in wave shape.Thereafter, the film 11 and the electrodes 12, 12' are fixed on the opposed surfaces with adhesive or conductive adhesive.
