Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the positional slippage between a substrate and a piezo-electric porcelain filter element by fixing temporarily the piezoelectric porcelain filter element onto the substrate by adhesive having an elastic property. CONSTITUTION:A pair of input electrode 2a and output electrode 2b and earth electrode 3 are provided on the surface of substrate 1. Electrodes 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d for piezo-electric porcelain resonance are provided on the upper face of piezo-electric porcelain 4, and leading-out electrodes 6a, 6b and 6c for resonance are provided for electrodes 5a to 5d in one body. Two earth electrodes 7a and 7b which are opposite to electrodes 5a and 5c and electrodes 5b and 5d respectively are provided on the reverse face of porcelain 3, and leading-out electode 8 for earth electrode which connects these electrodes is formed. Elastic-property adhesive 9 is applied to a part of the upper face of substrate 1, and the piezo-electric porcelain filter element is caused to adhere onto this part temporarily. Electrodes 6a and 6b are fixed to input electrde 2a and output electrode 2b by solder or conductive adhesive materials 10a and 10b completely, and simultaneously, earth electrode 3 and electrode 8 are fixed to each other by conductive adhesive material 10c completely.
