Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify structure and as well as to reduce consumption electric power by a method wherein the output of a minimum frequency setting circuit and the output of a maximum frequency setting circuit are processed through a logical circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A minimum frequency setting circuit 7 defines a minimum frequency through a charging system composed of resistors and capacitors at a rise time of an input signal, the wave form of which is shaped. A maximum frequency setting circuit 8 defines a maximum frequency through a discharging system composed of resistors and capacitors at the fall time of an output signal of this minimum frequency setting circuit 7. The miximum threshold value voltage of an output of the maximum frequency setting circuit 8 is detected through a maximum voltage detection circuit 9 and the minimum threshold value voltage is detected through a minimum voltage detection circuit 10. The logical sum of the output of the maximum voltage detection circuit 9 and the output of the minimum voltage detection circuit is obtained from a logical circuit 12, and this output is entered in a control output circuit 12, thus, making an on/off signal output.
