Abstract
Device and panel intended for the heating, cooling, air conditioning or humidity control of the inside milieu of industrial or domestic premises, and adapted to be in particular associated with an outside wall of said premises, comprising an interior heat exchanger composed of a heat exchange surface (4), heat transfer ducts (6), and a plate (5); an outside heat exchanger composed of a heat exchange surface (7), heat transfer ducts (9), and a plate (8); a heat storage vessel (3) connected to a plate (12) by means of heat transfer ducts (11); said plates being connected by thermoelectric modules. Method of maintaining a space at a predetermined temperature, wherein the transfers of heat between said space, the outside environment and a heat storage vessel are made by means of a thermoelectric module. <IMAGE>
