Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate multistaged heating value setting in the cooker by adapting a control unit to receive a signal setting the required heating value and output a voltage level calculated based on the signal and corresponding to the required heating value.
CONSTITUTION: There is provided a voltage setting part 1 outputting a voltage corresponding to the heating value desired to set. The output from the voltage setting part 1 is inputted into one input terminal of a comparator 4. The comparator 4 also receives at the other input terminal an output from a digital output setting part 2 after converted by a D/A converter 3. The comparator 4 compares both inputs from the parts 1 and 2 and outputs the comparison result to a voltage level reading part 5. The voltage level reading part 5 reads the voltage level of the voltage setting part 1 as a digital value by means of the signal from the comparator 4 and the digital value from the digital output setting part 2. A driving part 7 is controlled by the control unit 6 so that the heating value of the cooker corresponds to the digital value of the voltage level reading part 5.
