Abstract

PURPOSE: To always secure the correct balance control for the video signal, by giving the D/A conversion to the level of the reference period which is stored into the computer, comparing the output signal with the level during the picture period in the video signal and then giving correction to the correction signal by the comparison output.
CONSTITUTION: Sampling 13 is given to the level during the reference period in the video signal, and this level is stored into computer 30 after the A/D conversion. Then the level during the picture period in the video signal receives sampling 13 to be memorized into computer 30. The difference of these levels is calculated, and the correction signal is formed. At the same time, D/A conversion 17 is given to the level during the reference period stored into computer 30, and the analog output signal is compared 16 with the level during the picture period in the video signal. This output signal is supplied to computer 30 to give correction to the correction signal. As a result, the correct balance control is always ensured for the video signal in a simple circuit constitution.
