Abstract
PURPOSE:To make stable the resonance frequency, by supplying the power supply voltage of a clock pulse generating circuit from a stabilized power supply circuit with voltage clamp. CONSTITUTION:A regulated power supply VDD' is formed by providing a depletion type MISFFTQ1 to clamp a power supply voltage VDD and a differential amplifier circuit 2 where a reference voltage Vref is fed to the noninverting input to be clamped and a power supply voltage VDD' is fed to the inverting input via the said MISFFTQ1. The differential amplifier 2 controls the impedance of the said MISFFTQ1 so that the voltage VDD' of the source side S of MISFFTQ1 can be equal to the reference voltage Vref. Voltage clamp is made for a high supply voltage VDD in excess of the reference voltage Vref to obtain stable power supply VDD', which is fed to a clock pulse generating circuit 3 and a logic circuit 4.
