PURPOSE:To enable to process and display two different signals, by using an AD converter and a decoder in time sharing in common. CONSTITUTION:Different signals are fed to input terminals 1, 2 in time sharing, they are alternately input to a comparator in an AD converter 3 and they are converted into digital signals respectively. The 1st signal is written in a memory circuit group 4 and the 2nd signal is written in a memory circuit group 5. Further, the content of the 1st memory circuit group 4 is displayed on a display device 12 via a decoder 8 and memory circuut group 11 during the period of the 1st timing signal, and the content of the 2nd memory circuit group 5 is displayed on a display device 13 via the decoder 8 and the memory circuit group 11 during the period of the 2nd timing signal.
