Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the automation and labor-saving of dip painting work for a large amount of small parts by disposing positioning and rotatively supporting mechanism of baskets containing the objects to be treated, taking out mechanism for the objects to be treated parts in the baskets, etc.
CONSTITUTION: In a device of automatically dip coating the objects to be treated contained in a basket 19 in a treating vessel 4 according to programs, a brake mechanism 10, a positioning device 15 and a rotation detector are mounted to the revolving shaft 7 holding the basket 19, and the basket 19 is supported by the supporting means 18 of the revolving shaft 7. A locking device 23 consisting of a lock pin 25 which is held energized upper side at all times by a spring 26 and a cylinder 27 which lowers this is mounted to the basket 19 take-out side of the supporting means 18 to constitute the basket 19 freely mountably. An inversion roller table 29 consisting of a pair of roller tables 30, 31 drawing out and holding the basket 19 onto the extension line of the supporting means 18 is disposed and is so constituted as to permit discharging of the objects to be treated by inverting the roller tables 29 180° with the roller table 30 brought on the inner side of rotation.
