Abstract

The invention concerns a new transfer machine required to print, using transfer printing techniques, two objects, either similar or different, that must be subsequently paired and which have shaped, vertical surfaces to be printed in successive steps, depending on the colours and designs to be printed.The machine consists of: pad-holding equipment, the exclusive rights of which belong to the Licensor of this invention; guide columns for the aforesaid pad-holding equipment; rigid radial arms holding the guide columns and forming a single moving body able to perform alternative vertical movements; horizontal columns supporting and guiding the aforesaid equipment; cliche holding plates with scrapers distributing dyes evenly to cliche; dye tanks; a rotating table equipped with all necessary instruments to carry and guide the items to be printed; complete assemblies which, mounted on the rotating table and the bearing surface of the latter, rotate the objects or items to be printed at right angles to the rotating table surface so that they are positioned in turn, and according to a well-defined and definite work cycle, as required for transfer printing to take place. The distinctive feature is the fact that it can, either automatically or manually, perform the entire work cycle required to complete the print, even in several different colours, of the vertical surfaces of objects supported and transported in steps by the rotating table.It reduces necessary and essential processing times by printing the required pairs at the same time without resorting to multiple processes and subsequent, essential controls and selections.
