Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily work the bent section of a discharge path by connecting the opening end of a linear inner tube which is held in an outer tube with a holding member with a U-shaped tube whose linear both ends are short in order to constitute the discharge path. CONSTITUTION:A bent discharge path connects between a pair of electrodes 3 and 3' which are enclosed in an outer tube 2. The bent discharge path is constructed by enclosing a pair of electrodes 3 and 3' from one end of the outer tube 2, collectively binding two linear electrode inner tubes 7 and 7' in which each of the two electrodes 3 and 3' is inserted on one end and two linear nonelectrode inner tubes 8 and 8' with an inner tube holding member 9, and connecting each opening pair of the inner tubes 7 and 7' or 8 and 8' with two U-shaped tubes 10 and 10' whose linear both ends are short.
