Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent flase date from being supplied for a diagnosis by a method wherein the fluctuation of average volume of a red corpuscle caused in the course of measurement is caught clearly and, based on this, an alarm is given when any abnormality is detected. CONSTITUTION:A detecting device 1 which generates signal proportional to the size of a particle based on the electrical difference between the particle and particle suspension is controlled by a fluid controlling and qualifying device 2 and the output of the device 1 is inputted, through the intermediary of a threshold-value circuit 3, in a red-corpuscle counting circuit 4, a hematocrit-value measuring circuit 5 and a gate-signal generating circuit 6, all of which are conneted to a clockpulse generating circuit 7. Furthermore, their output is supplied to a storing-operating circuit 9 for operation and is given to an alarm circuit 10 and an integrated operation circuit 11. Accordinly, when the increase or decrease of the average volume of the red corpuscle is caused by the mixing-in of the detection of an abnormal inspected substance or noises, the alarm can be issued through the detection thereof, whereby the reliability of the data can be increased.
