Abstract

PURPOSE: To control alarming automatically by a method wherein a thyristor is connected in series with a thermosensitive thyristor, the thyristor thus connected is triggered periodically, and a transistor is added to the device so that pulse signals are delivered only when the temperature is higher than the prescribed one.
CONSTITUTION: In the temperature sensor wherefrom electric signals are given when the temperature exceeds the prescribed one and when it reaches the abnormal one, a DC power source 1, the collector and emitter of an NPN type transistor 8 and a capacitor 11 are connected in series. Moreover, a serial circuit formed of the thermosensitive thyristor 3, the thyristor 6 and a load 2 (transistor is used) is connected in parallel to the capacitor 11. The thermosensitive thyristor 3 is connected, in reverse parallel, between the base and emitter of the transistor 8, while the base of the transistor 8 is connected with DC power source 1 through the intermediary of a resistor 10. In addition, a pulse generating circuit 7 is connected to the gate of the thyristor 6. On the other hand, between the anode and the gate of the thyristor 3 are connected a resistor 5 for setting temperature and a capacitor 4 for preventing false operations, respectively.
