Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the titled grouting material which excels in rapid-curing properties and does not cause an abnormal, agglomeration phenomenon, by a method wherein a fine powder of a rapid-curing material consisting of calcium aluminate, gypsum, a chloride and calcium silicate is mixed with a fine powder of a siliceous material.
CONSTITUTION: There is prepared a rapid-curing material (having such a particle size as to give 10μ sieve residue of not more than 10%) consisting of (a) 10W 50% of calcium aluminate obtd. by crushing limestone, bauxite or fluorite, (b) 0.2W45% of gypsum and/or a chloride such as sodium chloride or potassium chloride and (c) the balance of calcium silicate. Then the rapid-curing material is mixed with a siliceous material (e.g. siliceous sand, slag or "Shirasu") having such a particle size as to give 10μ sieve residue of not more than 10%, to obtain the desired rapid-curing injection material.
