Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize natural temperature by a method wherein the air temperature in summer or in winter is stored in underground water by means of a cultivation well and the temperature alone is taken out.
CONSTITUTION: A clod water well 1a and a warm water well 1b are communicated through a conduit 2. A freezing unit 3 cools or heats the well water in the conduit 2 and is structured with an evaporator 10, a condenser 11, a compressor 12 and a piping 13 having a refrigerant which circulates and communicates among them. The circulation of the well water actuates the freezing unit 3 in summer and along with this, it makes the cold water of a cold water well 1a pass through the condenser 11 of the freezing unit via the conduit 2 to have the cold water absorb heat and temperature raised and further, it pours the water into the warm water well 1b. On the other hand, water of a heat exchanger 7 installed in a building is made to pass through the evaporator 10 of the freezing unit 3. And still, in winter, the freezing unit is made to actuate and together with this, the warm water of the warm water well 1b is made to pass through the evaporator 20 of the freezing unit 3 to release heat and to drop temperature to be poured into the cold water well 1a, and on the other hand, water of the heat exchanger 7 is made to pass through the condenser of the freezing unit 3 via a piping to store heat.
