Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a heating efficiency and enable a sufficient heating operation to be carried out even at a cold location by a method wherein a hot water heated by a heat accumulation liquid within a heat accumulation tank buried in the ground is guided to an evaporator.
CONSTITUTION: A hot water heated by a waste heat of a gas engine 1 is guided to a heat exchanger 30 within a heat accumulation tank 26 and radiated thereto heat a accumulation liquid 28. Water flowing through a heat exchanger 31 is heated by the heat accumulation device 28 to become a hot water. The hot water is guided to an evaporator 10 and radiated there to heat refrigerant passing through the evaporator 10. In addition, a heat exchanger 32 is deeply buried in the ground G, communicated with a terrestrial heat collecting pipe 37, either gas or liquid heated by a terrestrial heat collecting pipe 38 circulating by a pump P and a heat accumulating liquid 28 in a heat accumulation tank 26 is heated by the terrestrial heat.
