Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a nozzle clogging etc. to be caused by an adhesive agent by a method wherein a nozzle foil having a plurality of nozzle holes and a nozzle base plate having holes corresponding to the nozzle holes are welded with each other by a beam of high density energy and fixed with each other without applying any adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:Metalic nozzle foil 3 made of a nickel or the like having a plurality of nozzle holes 4 and a nozzle base plate 5 made of a stainless steel etc. having a plurality of holes 6 corresponding to each of the nozzle holes 4 are overlapped with each other with respective holes 4 and 6 being coincided with each other. Then, the nozzle foils 3 and te nozzle base plate 5 are welded with each other by a high density energy such as a laser etc. to form a multi-nozzle plate 7. EFFECT:Less application of welding heat is found and less strain is found in the nozzle foil. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a displacement of position of the nozzle holes as well as a deflected injection direction of the ink drips, and further no deterioration to be caused by the ink at connected portions occurs.
