Abstract

PURPOSE:To relay the TV signal of an arbitrary transmission frequency without exchange of the crystal oscillator, by selecting the second intermediate frequency so that the second local oscillation frequency may be an integral multiple of the channel interval frequency in the TV program transmission device. CONSTITUTION:The receiving signal is converted to the first intermediate frequency signal f1 after amplified by RF amplifier 11 and is amplified by IF amplifier 13 and is mixed with the first local oscillation signal fL01 in mixer 14 and is converted to the second intermediate frequency signal f2. Intermediate frequency signal f2 is mixed with the second local oscillation signal fL02 in mixer 16 after amplified by the second IF amplifier 15 and is amplified by RF amplifier 17 and becomes transmission signal fout. Phase comparator 18 and crystal oscillator 19 constitute a PLL together with the voltage control oscillator in tuner 12, and a PLL is constituted with oscillator 21, frequency divider 22, phase comparator 23, and crystal oscillator 24.
